In this candid presentation, two generations of horticulture leaders come together to challenge each other, share lessons learned and explore what the future will require of the tropical plant and interiorscape industries.  With more than four decades of experience in horticulture, design and business on one side and the perspective of the next generation on the other, this tag-team presentation will explore what got their business where it is today, what is changing, and what the industry may need to rethink to move forward.

Through real-world examples from their own business, the speakers will interview and challenge one another on topics including changing customer expectations, evolving business models, technology, workforce and leadership, innovation, succession, and the opportunities emerging for the next generation of the industry.  Expect honest conversations, differing perspectives, maybe a few uncomfortable questions—and plenty of practical takeaways.
