What are the show hours?

Exhibitors may enter the Exhibit Hall at 9 a.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday and Friday.

Attendee Hours:
Wednesday: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Thursday: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Friday: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Is the show badge valid for one day or all three days of TPIE?

The show badge allows entrance into the show on all three days.

Where can I get lunch?

Concessions are available in the lobby area and on the show floor.

Is Wi-Fi available at the Broward County Convention Center?

Wi-Fi is available in the public lobby areas of the convention center. Internet service can also be purchased through the Convention Center Service Center.

Where is First Aid?

First Aid is mobile, with its office located behind Hall A. Call Central Security at (954) 765-5931 for first aid assistance.

Is there a room for nursing mothers?

Yes. The nursing mothers room is located in the box office on the south side of Lobby A. A key is available at the Convention Center Guest Services desk.

What about parking?

Paid garage parking is available at the Broward County Convention Center. The garage is located at 1950 Eisenhower Blvd., Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316, and connects to the convention center via a covered, air-conditioned skywalk on the second level.

Are there shuttle buses to the hotels?

There is no dedicated TPIE shuttle service. Please check with your hotel for transportation options to and from the Broward County Convention Center.

How do I access the mobile app?

TPIE does not currently use a mobile app. Visit TPIE.org or refer to the printed show directory for show information.

What is the TPIE Opening Session?

TPIE's Opening Session kicks off the show with an inspiring keynote presentation. Admission is complimentary with a TPIE show badge.

What, when and where is the TPIE Welcome Orientation?

The TPIE Welcome Orientation provides first-time and returning attendees with an overview of the show, programs and resources available during TPIE. 2027 time and location information coming soon.

Where is the TPIE Happy Hour?

TPIE Happy Hour takes place on opening day and is open to everyone with a show badge. It will be held from 5 to 6p.m. outside on the plaza.

What is the Certification Showcase?

FNGLA Certified Professionals can visit the FNGLA booth to learn about certification, continuing education opportunities and available CEUs.

Where can I get tables, chairs, signs, carpet and other booth equipment?

Expo Convention Contractors provides booth furnishings and related services. Visit the Expo Convention Contractors Service Center in the back left of the show floor.

Where can I get phytosanitary certificate inspections?

The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services Division of Plant Industry will provide information regarding phytosanitary certificate inspections. 2027 booth location and deadlines coming soon.

How do I find the Marshaling Yard?

Delivery vehicles must report to the designated truck marshaling area before proceeding to the loading docks. Marshaling Yard instructions and maps will also be available through the Exhibitor section of TPIE.org.

Where do student groups pick up badges?

Pre-registered students can pick up their badges at the Registration Desk. Additional 2027 student registration information will be posted as it becomes available.
