Official Hotel Details
In partnership with Eleventh & Gather, we have secured discounted rates at a selection of area hotels. Upon making a reservation through the official housing system, you will be required to provide a credit card in order to confirm the booking.
All reservations must be submitted through the Online Housing System. Please do not call the hotel directly to make reservations, changes or cancellations.
Individual Cancellation Policy — To avoid a cancellation fee, notice of cancellation must be given seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Any cancellations made within seven (7) days of the scheduled arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one (1) night’s room rate and any applicable taxes/fees.
Individual hotel confirmation numbers will be sent directly by the hotel seven (7) to ten (10) days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Important Housing Notice
The only official housing provider for TPIE is the Tropical Plant International Expo Housing Bureau. We strongly recommend booking hotel accommodations only through the official TPIE housing system when hotel reservations open.
The official TPIE Housing Bureau will never call you to book a hotel room. Any company contacting you by phone claiming to represent TPIE housing should be considered unauthorized.
Be aware that companies unaffiliated with TPIE may attempt to contact exhibitors and attendees offering hotel rooms for the event. These companies are not associated with show management and may charge hidden fees or offer rooms that are not actually reserved with the hotel.
